1) Project successful
The oil pastel project in my most successful. With the topic of a jolly rancher. My practice sketch of the rancher came out really bad. After the practice the finally sketch of the project came out better. I used a pencil and a ruler. It was a closer view of a jolly rancher. Trying to blend the oil pastels was the hardest part of the project. Having to lightly color one of the colors and start to shade the colors together with your second color. To blend in white oil pastel to get the lighter colors and black for the darker colors.

2) Not Successful
The clay food project was the least successful project I have done. I am more into sketching out my work then coloring it in. It was my third time I have used clay and I still fell as if I have not improved in this area. It was difficult to get the shapes I was after. It also did not help when some of the clay dried to quickly at times. When trying to blend the paint on the clay was really hard-acing for it not wanting to work correctly. I did like how it looked after it was fired in the end. It would of been better when it was bummed that brake and had to be glued together.

3) Growth
The most growth that I have done was during the Oil Pastels and Prim Colors units. I was able to get the lighting just right to make it look as if there really was light hitting it. The 3-D version of the jolly rancher made it pop up almost as if you can take it off the paper. It was the first time using oil pastels so I was really proud on how it came out. In the end I want to improve my drawing skills that is why I am really happy about the following project. The prim color project for my Christmas time project was of ornaments on a Christmas Tree. The shading from light to dark. It was the first time doing a close up view of an object. I want to improve my drawing skills and with this project has helped me.

4) Beneficial Projects
The two color prism projects where the most beneficial for me. I want to be a game designer so I want to improve my drawing skills to the fulls. I want to go further in this area. I want o improving my shading skills with both pencil and color. I want to make my art come alive as if it really was there. To make it look as if it could really happen. The places you see could really exist. That is what I want to create.

5) Favorite
Out of all the projects we were given the jolly Rancher one was my favorite. It was the only one that came out the best in the end. It's medium used was oil pastel. It is the only one that came out the most realistic. I was really surprise about how it came out. I was sad to see that my drawing projects did not come out as well. Now I know that i still need more improvement in drawing. The end result was that I was happy that it was the first time using oil pastel and it came out well.
